I currently attend the International School of Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia. I perform on my principal instrument, percussion, with the Jazz Band and Wind Ensemble. I am enrolled in IB Higher Level Music. I also record and work as a live sound engineer for school events. I am in charge of the music technology lab, dealing with hardware, software and MIDI issues. Out of school, I collaborate with various film makers in scoring music, recording and production work (both live audio and MIDI). I also work on personal compositions. This past summer (2005), I attended the M-Pulse Music Technology Camp at the University of Michigan School of Music.

In the past year (2005) my works include scoring music for the ISKL promotional DVD and "Footnotes of the Underground", a film production by Jasin Nazim. I also recorded a rock group, various recitals and was the producer of the film "Mpulse Final Fantasy". I intend to major in music, focusing on recording arts and production while minoring in jazz studies / education. My greatest goal in music as a performer and producer is to take the audience away from their current reality and bring them on an imaginary journey.

I am enrolled in a strong academic program (Advanced Economics, English and Music) and am also a National Honor Society member. I currently am the Senior Class Vice-President. My hobbies include playing soccer, badminton and I have a particular interest in the media arts.
